PILOT MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Membership plans. Pilots may register under the Basic (free), Intermediate, Premium or Corporate plan. Paid plans are charged annually and remain active for 365 days from the date of payment. Plans do not renew automatically; to continue a paid plan the pilot must purchase it again before it expires. When a paid plan expires the account reverts to the Basic plan.

2. Features. The features, limits and priority levels of each plan are as shown in the Membership Plans chart at the time of registration or upgrade.

3. Commission. The platform retains a commission on each job or booking completed through the platform, based on the pilot's plan at the time of payment: Basic 30%, Intermediate 25%, Premium 20%, Corporate 18%. The pilot receives the remaining balance.

4. Accuracy of information. The pilot confirms that all details, identification, licences, qualifications and operator permits submitted are true, current and belong to the pilot. Profiles are subject to approval by the platform administrator and may be suspended or removed if information is found to be false or out of date.

5. Regulatory compliance. The pilot is solely responsible for holding valid drone pilot licences and permits, and for complying with all applicable aviation and airspace regulations, including fly-zone and no-fly-zone restrictions, on every job.

6. Platform conduct. Pilots must not use the platform's messaging to share personal phone numbers, email addresses or other off-platform contact details, and must not attempt to bypass the platform to avoid commission.

7. Fees. Membership fees are non-transferable. Refunds are at the discretion of the platform administrator.

8. Changes. The platform may update these terms or the plan features and commission rates with notice to registered pilots.
